Some organisations need to control staff resources not just by shift
but by time. theRota contains the tools for setting up and optimising shifts
and breaks to provide the best cover, 24 hours a day.
Minimums by Time - For each job and location
combination a minimum staffing is set down to a 5 minute interval if required.
Day Breaks - A colour representation of under
and overstaffing. From here, time shortages can often be fixed with a
single click by 'shunting' an employees breaks to another break variation.
Mass email - When the break time
issues are resolved, simply click 'Broadcast Emails to email relevant details
to the affected staff.
